High-quality MP4 video capture
Unlike static images, our street-level imagery uses MP4 video to capture detailed, continuous footage of properties and streetscapes. Assessors can pan through areas seamlessly, spot minute details, and gain a deeper understanding of each property in context. The MP4 format also provides a richer, more dynamic view that can be paused, replayed, or zoomed in on as needed.
Enhanced property analysis
Our service enables property analysis from multiple angles, offering key advantages over traditional imagery. Two features matter most in day-to-day assessment work:
- Multiple views. A full, immersive perspective of each property and its surroundings, helping identify access routes, landscape features and neighboring structures.
- Zoom capabilities. Pause, zoom in and analyze property details closely — identifying building materials, viewing signage, or inspecting surrounding infrastructure.
Efficient data collection and management
Our street-level imagery system simplifies data collection and makes it easy to organize and retrieve video footage. Built-in GPS data locates each video segment precisely and links it to specific parcels, allowing assessors to manage a comprehensive visual record of their coverage area.
Drone photography when a site calls for it
Ground-level video answers most questions. For the properties where it does not — a deep lot, an obscured outbuilding, a site a curbside pass simply cannot see — we can put a drone up and photograph it from above. It is a targeted supplement to the street-level record, not a separate flyover product.
Why use our street-level imagery
- Comprehensive visual records. Build an extensive visual database of your assessment area, accessible from the office or on the go.
- Time and cost efficiency. Reduce the need for repeated site visits and streamline property assessments by gathering detailed visual information remotely.
- Seamless integration. Our imagery works alongside other property assessment tools, keeping the data assessors need in one place.
